We focus on overnight wellness retreat packages anywhere between 2 and 28 nights. 
 
We have created packages which consist of Eastern Wellness and Western pampering treatments which we believe come together with synergistic value.  These packages have demonstrated such glowing and rewarding result, and created ambassadors to Elemental Embrace!  As a result, these packages will reflect a package discount in addition to any special offered at the time of booking, so you can be sure you are getting the very best value from your time with us. 
 
All packages include daily yoga and meditation / pranayama classes and all your meals, and have been catagorised under the following headings : -

Alternatively, you may prefer to book in a period of stay with a treatment credit which can be used towards your choice of Ayurvedic treatments and Spa services from our extensive menus.  The overnight package includes the following:
  • $150 in Treatment credit to be used towards your Spa services and Ayurvedic treatments
  • Breakfast, gourmet lunch & dinner, & afternoon tea
  • Use of the gym, his and her steam rooms, Finnish sauna, heated indoor pool, yoga studio, outdoor meditative labyrinth, 9 foot projector screen and nature trails through our 30 acre woodland setting
  • Yoga session in the morning
  • Various evening activities (e.g. Ayurvedic Seminars by our resident Ayurvedic doctors, meditation, movie night, lifestyle seminars, etc)
  • All of our 10 bedrooms are en-suite, have individual heating and air-conditioning, either a balcony or a patio, and a phone (no TV's - though we do have a large projector screen in the conference room).

CAD $350 per person per night (Double occupancy)
 
NB. We usually enforce a two night minimum when staying over Friday or Saturday nights, as the retreat only offers 10 double guest rooms.
 
(Check In is at 11am, and you may be booked in for your first treatment shortly after 11.30am unless otherwise requested.  We do recommend that you arrive in time for lunch at 12.30pm.  Lunch and dinner is served on the day of arrival, with yoga and breakfast the next morning before the 10am Checkout.  You may however, stay in the retreat for the rest of the morning.  Late check in and corresponding late checkout is available, please inquire at time of booking).
