Recommended Treatments:

The following treatments are recommended in a series of 3 - 7 treatments, one on each night you spend at Elemental Embrace. They are each recommended for everyone, though you may feel that you are in need of some specifically more than others. They can all be taken on any day, and so you can pick any series with any others.

1. Nasya ($65 for first treatments, $50 for each after)

Nasya eliminates the kapha related toxins from the para-nasal sinuses, and nourishes the region. Due to this, the patient feels great, and relief in the head and clarity of the sense organs. Breathing becomes completely unobstructed which gives sound sleep at night. Olfactory improvement is felt. Nasya is excellent for chronic sinusitis, headache, throat diseases, catarrh, migraine, voice constraint, eye diseases and cervical spondilitis.

2. Basti (Matra Basti $50, Kashai Basti $85)

Basti is great for spleen disorders, colic, calculus and kidney stones just to name a few. It is absolutely a remarkable treatment. It in no way corresponds to the modern enema or colonic irrigation. It goes in series preferably beginning and ending with a Matra Basti eg. M, K, M, K, M

3. Karnapoorna ($30)

Is recommended for otorrhea (a condition where there is some soft of discharge from the ear, commonly the purulent discharge due to chronic middle ear infection. It is also great for tinnitus (buzzing sound) and as a protective measure against headaches.

4. Terpana ($85 per treatment)

Terpana treats inflammation of the connective tissue of the eyes, conjunctivitis, glaucoma and night blindness.

5. Hrud Basti ($60 per treatment)

This is an extraordinary treatment to strengthen the heart muscle.

6. Valuka Sweda ($60 per treatment)

A hot sand fomentation treatment; Excellent for arthritis and rheumatism. Herbalized oils are applied to the body and massaged in with the use of a bolus of warm sand.

7. Kati Basti ($60 per treatment)

This is a treatment for the lower back. A reservoir is built around the sacral plexus and filled with warm medicated oil. This is followed by a brief and very light massage of the area. (Appropriate treatment when an injury prevents from a regular deep tissue back massage).

8. Colonic Hydrotherapy ($100 per treatment)
