If you’re looking to get away from the stresses of work, rush of the city, yada yada yada… and want a break from it all, just choose a flower and leave the rest to us!

 

Each package includes lunch, dinner and a meditation session on the day of arrival, with an hour long yoga class and breakfast on the following day... every day.  Your time between this and treatments can be spent lounging in the pool or guest rooms, letting off or absorbing some steam in the gym and steam rooms.

 

(Check In is at generally 11am, and you may be booked in for your first treatment shortly after 11.30am unless you let us know otherwise.  We do recommend that you arrive in time for lunch at 12.30pm.  If you’re driving straight down from work, or can’t get here until the evening, just let us know and we will make arrangements for the corresponding late checkout.
