Greetings to you all,
Hope this newsletter finds you in high spirits!! Winter in Egypt was
absolutely magical. The magnificence of the pyramids, the dedication of
the stone temple sculptures, and precise detail of the tomb carvings
reiterated just how conscious, connected and complex the ancient
civilization was.
The inception of
Ayurveda shared time with that of the Ancient Egyptians, and I couldn’t
help but feel the deep interconnectedness! It seems that as the ancient
Egyptians spent their lives with focus on eternal life after death, the
Ancient Indians spent their lives dedicated towards the science of life,
to preserve life, through perfect health.
It is remarkable
that today, the ancient Egyptian structures and Ayurvedic medical
frameworks still provide so much intrigue to both modern architects and
medical professionals.
We had a wonderful
time away and I do hope that each of you shared happiness this past
season.
Valentine’s Day was
all about spoiling your loved ones, so how about taking some time to do
so for yourself! We will never have time, unless we take time, and with
spring on the horizon, I hope you make the time to come visit us for
some detox and rejuvenation.

RETREATS/WORKSHOPS
Many
of our guests are asking if we do retreats and/or if they can do their
retreats here at Elemental Embrace.
We are more than happy to hold retreats and
of course there is a special rate if you book the whole place.
To all our corporate clients, your staff
will produce some excellent results when they brainstorm in their robes
after a rejuvenating exotic Abhyanga, or mentally clarifying Shirodhara
treatment in a relaxed and nurturing atmosphere.
We have an ‘Ayurvedic Life Style
Retreat’ coming up in April. Here we will explain living the Ayurvedic
way. We have teachings on Ayurveda cooking classes, yoga, meditation,
laughing sessions and much more. So come ready for a very knowledgeable,

Spiritual Counseling
I appreciate your insistence on some
spiritual counseling, and I remembered that it was one of my personal
intentions and passion when we first started EE. I am happy to announce
that we will now officially be available for counseling sessions as part
of our treatments.
