MEALS Meals
Nutrition is seen as a key factor to physical and emotional well being. Here
at Elemental Embrace our wholesome meals are specially prepared by our in house
chefs (vegetarian and non vegetarian) inspired by the fundamental principles of
Ayurveda and wellness.
We often serve a wide variety of Indian cuisine (thali shown below) apart from
our western culinary infusion. A typical lunch or dinner would consist of a small
dessert to start with, onto the main course consisting of some white meat delicately
prepared with a balanced helping of carbs, and ending with a soup or salad.
We do not serve neither red meat nor pork products.
We cater to vegan and vegetarian diets, and very light and healthy options for
those on weight loss and detoxification programmes or goals; and can be very strict
on what gets put in front of you if you so require.
Please inform us at time of booking if you have any allergies and your dietary
preference and goals for your time with us so we are aware and able to prepare
your menu accordingly.
